drylin C roller carriage ‘CamRoller Series’
With the new drylin C series, igus is introducing its first genuine CamRoller roller guide – designed for applications where extremely smooth manual operation is crucial. The roller carriages run on compact 30 mm rails with a system height of just 30 mm. This makes the series ideal for manual adjustments, e.g. safety doors on machine tools, doors and sliding solutions in yachts and ships, cabin interiors and many other moving structures. Unlike traditional ball bearing systems, the drylin C roller guides enable quiet, low-vibration operation through the use of plastic rollers. They are suitable for robust applications, such as safety doors, as well as for high-quality interior fittings, e.g. the adjustment of monitors, displays or screens. A special feature of the new series: in addition to straight rails, curved profiles are also available, and even the standard roller carriage can be adapted to these radii thanks to the adjustability of the rollers.
