drylin C roller carriage "CamRoller series"
With the new drylin C series, igus is presenting a genuine CamRoller track roller guide for the first time – developed for applications in which extremely smooth manual operation is crucial. The roller carriages run on compact 30mm rails with a system height of just 30mm. This makes the series ideal for manual adjustments, e.g. e.g. safety doors on machine tools, doors and sliding solutions in yachts and ships, cabin interiors and many other moving constructions. Unlike classic ball guide systems, the drylin® C roller guide systems allow for quiet, low-vibration operation through the use of plastic rollers. It is suitable for robust requirements such as e. e.g. for safety doors as well as for high-quality interior fittings, e.g. e.g. adjustment of monitors, displays or screens. A special feature of the new series: in addition to straight rails, curved profiles are also available, and even the standard roller carriage can be adapted to these radii by adjusting the rollers.
