iglidur® slewing ring, PRT-01 with integrated locking mechanism, aluminium outer ring, iglidur® J sliding elements

The iglidur® PRT-01-ART slewing ring bearing with integrated locking mechanism enables defined rotational positions to be securely locked in place. The integrated locking pin secures the slewing joint in 90° increments and achieves a holding force of up to 700 N.

Thanks to the integrated locking mechanism, no additional clamping or fixing elements are required. This reduces the number of components and the assembly effort, and allows for easy integration into various designs.

The PRT-01-ART is suitable, for example, for swivelling displays and control panels, cameras, sensors and adjustable components in mechanical and plant engineering, where rotational positions need to be fixed in a repeatable manner.
